+Add-ons
Full Custom Garage let’s you completely overhaul any of our Combos with +Add-ons. Choose any +Add-ons in the garage to give your campaign some extra pep. Or build your own Combo from the bottom up. Just select the parts you need. And maybe some extras you want.
Below is a quick and easy breakdown of the key terminology used in our Stop-Mo Combos. Use this as your guide when selecting +Add-ons.
Hero Animation
A 10 to 30-second film, typically featuring a clear narrative structure, acts as the central foundation for the entire campaign, effectively conveying the key message in a concise and engaging way. Sections of the Hero Animation are reused, repurposed and recycled into cutdowns, loops and bite-sized animations.
Cutdown
Editing the hero animation into a shorter form version, anywhere between 6 to 10 seconds in duration.
Great for a campaign teaser before launching or extending the campaign for longer without exhausting viewership.
Bite-sized Animations
3 to 6 second animations, often edited out of a Hero Animation. Or, we can tailor an entire campaign around a series of these short snippets of animation.
Great for campaign teasers before launching the full campaign, paid ads and carousels to grab attention quickly.
Endless Loops
A piece of content that seemingly has no beginning or end… It just keeps going, and going. AND GOING!!
Great for paid ads, website banners, email marketing and carousels.
High Resolution Campaign Stills
A huge benefit of stop motion is that each frame we capture is a high resolution image.
A hi-res image is a digital picture containing a large number of pixels or dots per inch (DPI), resulting in greater detail, clarity, and sharpness compared to a low-resolution image. The high pixel density makes the image look crisp and clear in larger formats, avoiding the "pixelation" seen in low-resolution images when zoomed in.
Extracting stills from video footage just doesn’t compete.
On-Screen Graphics
Logos, on-screen text (supers or call outs), disclaimers, CTAs, prices, and even animated graphic overlays are often collectively referred to as GFX. They are a powerful way to deliver extra info quickly. These can be static, or animated motion graphics for extra spice.
Behind The Scenes (BTS)
That’s right, BTS isn’t just one of our favourite K-Pop bands, but also refers to Behind The Scenes content. BTS videos are great for growing the organic reach of a campaign. Audiences love to see the authentic, human driven art behind the format, so we often film timelapse footage of the animation process for our clients. These are also available in various aspect ratios. Ask about adding this to your package.
Aspect Ratios
An aspect ratio is the proportional relationship between an image or video's width and its height, describing its shape. Expressed as two numbers separated by a colon, such as 16:9 (widescreen) or 1:1 (square), the first number always represents the width, and the second represents the height.
Aspect ratios are important when considering social media platforms, as they all have different requirements, and some ratios even outperforming others on the same platform.
We always keep the delivery of various aspect ratios in mind when planning your shoot and deliverables.
Royalty-Free Music
Royalty-free music means music that can be used in various projects without needing to pay ongoing royalties to the original creators for each use.
It's important to note that "royalty-free" doesn't mean "free" in terms of cost; it refers to the absence of ongoing royalty payments after the initial purchase or license.

Sound Design
Sound design is the creative and technical process of manipulating audio elements, including sound effects, ambient, recorded or synthesized sounds, to enhance visual media. It bridges the gap between vision and music to build a truly emotive storytelling environment, enhancing audience engagement.
