How soon can
we shoot?

It’s up to you! You can book your preferred shoot dates today, subject to availability.

We suggest a minimum 2 week lead time, to allow for Creative Brief & Brainstorming, concept development, art direction and receipt of any products or brand assets from you in time for the shoot.

We ask that products are received at our studio at least 7 business days before the planned shoot date. If they’re late, we may have to push the shoot date out.

When you accept your quote and pay the deposit, we’ll kick off the project with a Creative Brief & Brainstorm Session, where you can either bring us your ideas to get started or we can develop a killer plan of attack for you. This is where we start to drill down into the finer details of your campaign.

What’s the
Creative Consultation
all about?

It’s really just in informal introduction to you and your brand.

When you email us about booking a consultation, you’ll be asked to fill in a New Brand Brief form, so that when we meet, we’re ready to dive in.

The meeting is an opportunity to share your brand story and vision for the future. It’s also a chance for us to share some initial ideas and potential solutions.

After the consultation, we’ll come back to you with a plan of attack for your campaign, along with initial creative concepts to whet the appetite.

How long does it
all take?

We will deliver your fresh new suite of content, in the pre-determined aspect ratios for your desired platforms, within 7 to 14 business days of your shoot date. Stop Mo Subbies (subscription plans) may be able to factor in shorter delivery times, due to the ongoing nature of the production process.

What if we’re on
a tight budget?

No problem. We can tailor a campaign for most budget ranges, by hand-picking only the most relevant Campaign Assets that maximise the reach of the campaign. Check Full Custom Garage for a comprehensive list of assets available.

What if we need more assets than your packages offer?

We got you. Talk to us about your needs. We can either hook you up with a Stop-Mo Combo with +Add-ons to round out your campaign, or build a campaign from the ground up, in our Full Custom Garage.
